I wonder if Danny went to Cal Arts with Tim Burton and Henry Selick. Seems I remember them being thick as thieves in the basement way back then too. Is Henry the guy who thinks he is his Uncle Groucho?
Actually, Danny did go but as a non-student. I remember him saying somewhere that he hung around in the ethnic music department.

If you listen to the Elfman comentary on Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, he talks about how he sort of hung around the ethic music departmaent at about the same time Burton and Reubens where there, and how it was weird that they never crossed paths.
