    Elfman’s CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY will be released by Sony Classical in North America in July (before the film’s NA release of July 15th — I don’t have a specific date for the CD yet).

    YESSSS. Glad that WB has more confidence than Sony in announcing so early, as well as releasing it so early.

    So, the score is either coming out on July 5, or 12, for those who are playing at home.

    It is always wonderful when the soundtrack is released prior to the film release. I think that it shows a great deal of confidence in Elfman’s work.

    i’m pissing myself just thinking of what elfman will do
    hope he goes back to using the music box like he did in “scissorhands”

    It was HELL waiting for sony to release those Spiderman scores! Glad to see the score coming out before the movie the way it should be! I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS ONE! Any body shitting their pants the way i am over the wait to hear how great the corpse bride score will be?
