ParticipantOkay, a bit off the topic of Danny Elfman but on the topic of composers. I’ve been searching for a while and can’t find anything about one by the name of Edo Guidotti. The only composition of his that I’ve heard is the nearly 20 minutes of music that accompanies the Epcot ride Spaceship Earth (the big silver golf ball). I managed to find a master copy of the music and I listen to it practically every day. It’s so great, and I wish I could hear what else this guy has done, but I’m not sure if he’s done anything else. If anyone knows anything about him, please share! If anyone else wants to hear the track, send me an e-mail and I’ll send it to you.

GuestI’m also interested in Edo’s work, but have run into the same dead end as you. If you find out anything about how to get more of his music, please share it with me. Thanks. ewing33@charter.net

ParticipantHi Spider-Fan:
I sent you an email regarding Edo Guidotti. I have visited the EPCOT center in Florida last summer, and since then, I fell in love with one attraction: Spaceship Earth. Especially the magical music composed by Edo Guidotti. Did he really compose all of it? Because I was under the impression that the Classical music played during the renaissance period was composed by either Johann Sebastian Bach or Antonio Vivaldi. You see I am an avid fan of Baroque music and was hysterically looking for that piece.
TYou said you managed to find a master copy of the Epcot music composed by Mr. Guidotti. How did you do that Sir? And is it possible to send it to me? Like I said, I am mostly interested in the Classical period, and also the final cut.
Thank you and have a great weekend.
