GuestHey folks, I just thought I’d chime in…
It just so turns out, according to EBAY, that the Freeway disk that we thought was a bootleg for quite some time now is actually a CD-NR promo from the composer (sort of like the Personal Composer’s Edition of Dolores Claiborne). This is a shock to me since I thought his only promotional releases were Good Will Hunting, Dolores Claiborne and The Family Man. Although In foresight it wasn’t actually that hard to figure out. the stereo on the disk had to have been mixed in a studio [quality and stereo-wise), the tracks bleed together and the DVD didn’t even have an isolated score track. What other sources are there? FREEWAY wasn’t that big of a release.
My question is why us elfman fans weren’t aware of this sooner.

GuestEh, the disk is OK..but it lacks the final electric accordion piece at the end credits, which i thought was a total gyp that they cut it out and instead kept putting in rehashes of the main theme. You’re not missing much at all.
