GuestOr some people care enough not to rip off someone like Danny Elfman’s music. He took a lot of effort and time to write this score (along with the rest) and I believe that he doesn’t deserve to be ripped off. So spend a few bucks and buy the CD, help him out.

GuestYeah, win one for the artists! I tend to not like how easily stuff gets ripped off–whether it’s words, pictures, drawings, or music. Fans tend to forget that if everyone rips off everything they want, eventually it ends up hurting the artist you wanna support.
I for one hate any and all sites that allow people to grab anything they want. I mean, yeah I can understand listening to snippets of songs on a c.d. to see if ya wanna buy it–or even getting access to songs and/or scores that are no longer circulating–but otherwise, just buy the music yourself.
I’d be pretty pissed if I spent all this time working my butt off, and then someone just came along and ripped the paycheck out of my hand. And it happens all the time with art–especially music, considering it’s the hardest to copyright.
