how much did the last one wind up going for? and how satisfying could it possibly be? those things are so compressed, you can hardly tell what they are,. that and they’re pretty much stuck on your phone until you drop it in a puddle and then there go the bragging rights, too.

i’m all for charity, but wouldn’t a signed copy of a score be a much better donation generator?

Considering it did sell for quite a bit of money (can’t remember how much) it’s as good a donation for charity as any. But I agree that that’s not anything I’d actually spend my money on.
I’d much rather have it Peter-Gabriel-style and have Swatch design a watch that plays a tune of his, written especially for the occassion.
