So I was at Tower Records, looking through the used soundtracks, and stumbled upon the Anywhere But Here soundtrack. I thought, “Hey, I recognise this, it’s Elfman and it’s only two dollars! Score!” I decided to get it. As I kept looking I found the “Family Man” soundtrack, and almost decided not to get it, it only had two tracks after all, but then thought “I’ll get it anyway, it’s only a dollar, and I’ll just keep my eye out for that promotional one (Heh, yeah right.)” So I brought them both home and listened to them, and I really like Anywhere, even thoguht to me it doesn’t sound at all like Elfman. Then I brought up Amazon — I kind of have a mental checklist and that’s how I refresh my memory. then, just for kicks, I looked up Family Man, and saw what it went for — $49.98. Used. Needless to say, I was shocked. I’m sure glad I decided to buy it now!
