ParticipantMany people on this board have mentioned that the composer that should work on the scoring of SP3 would have to be from Sam Raimi circle, but nobody haven’t mentioned Basil Poledouris or Joseph LoDuca…..
And no, I’m not Danny Trejo.
And one more thing when was confirmed Christopher Young as the composer for Spider-man 3?

Participanti think it’s because most people don’t who they are. plus the studios will never allow raimi to get them, they’ll want better known composers
and ryan said that young WILL do the music and since he knows more about that kind of stuff i have no choice but beleive him

ParticipantI mentioned Joseph LoDuca in another post. He and Sam have worked together since Evil Dead–the very first one. I’ve even read that he did some additional music for Spider-Man 2. As for Basil Poledouris, his attachment to “For Love of the Game” was not likely to have been Raimi’s choice. Lots of things about that movie are non-traditional Raimi. Plus I’d never let him score Spider-Man.

KeymasterPoledouris would be miraculous, but he has taken himself out of film scoring (though it is rumored he is planning to return).
If you want to read the whole SPIDER-MAN III revelations, go here. I recommend you read the entire thread. All the answers are in there.

ParticipantI guess you’re (besides me) the only one here that think Poledouris it’s a great composer.
I didn’t know that Poledouris has ceased composing for film anymore….
Sad.

ParticipantAnd we don’t need a new topic about Spider-Man everytime you think of something about it…
