This is the first time in recent memory…

…that Danny has no upcoming movies. I’m sure he’s signed on for some, but it’s weird not having four or five upcoming projects.

He’s getting old and doesn’t care anymore. Same thing happened to John Williams. If it wasn’t for Star Wars and Steven Spielberg, Williams would have retired ages ago. Danny Elfman still has Tim Burton. As long as Burton is still making movies there will still be Danny Elfman music.

That’s good, because I’ve had a hard time keeping up — especially with the price of physical items and shipping costs going up in the last few years. As a consequence, I’m still missing these physical CDs in my collection:

The End of the Tour
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Goosebumps
The Girl on the Train
Before I Wake
Fifty Shades Darker
The Circle

But I have most of them in digital file format.

As long as we’re on the subject — what are some non-film works since 2010 that I’m missing (like the Oscar theme etc.)?
