    According to Aint It Cool news, via Get Smart director Peter Segal, Tim Burton will be directing Dark Shadows which will star Johnny Depp and is being adapted for the screen by John August.

    Wonder if this is true, and if so, where it will fall among Burton’s upcoming projects.

    There doesn’t seem to be any release date attached, so I assume after Frankenweenie and Alice. In other words…sometime in 2011 perhaps.
