Amazon lists two Taking Woodstock CDs. One song album and one score album, which is pretty good news because I was expecting a song compilation with one or two score cues, so this is much better.
Song collection – August 25
Score – September 22Can’t find a track list just yet.
July 12, 2009 at 2:14 am #64398Nick ParkerParticipantHuh, I forgot about this score! Cool! And I guess it had more music than we had originally imagined….
July 12, 2009 at 3:21 am #64400Ryan KeaveneyKeymasterThere’ll be approx 35 minutes of score on the CD, I believe.

August 1, 2009 at 11:17 pm #64458elfboy91ParticipantI think it means that it will have the songs from one soundtrack and the score from the other put together for one big release… we(or I) just want the score release…

August 2, 2009 at 2:03 am #64459greatbeyondParticipantAmazon says the score will be released on La-La Land Records, god bless ’em.
August 2, 2009 at 5:54 am #64460Descent Into MysteryParticipantLa-La? Does that mean it’ll be a limited release?

August 3, 2009 at 11:03 pm #64475TenderLumplingParticipantI’ve had my picture taken with Bear at an Oingo Boingo reunion concert. He does a killer Jack Skellington.
That said, I’ve never heard any of his music. Though people swear up and down that it’s wonderful.
August 4, 2009 at 12:26 am #64477Ryan KeaveneyKeymasterI’m sure he’s a wonderful guy.
August 4, 2009 at 6:57 am #64480TenderLumplingParticipantHmm, so what’s the appeal of Battlestar Galactica’s music, then?
August 4, 2009 at 10:32 pm #64483Ryan KeaveneyKeymasterYou’d have to ask someone that thinks they know!
August 8, 2009 at 3:13 am #64498elfboy91Participantit’s great! I guess it’s an opinionated thing… you should judge for yourself… start with Season 2 soundtrack!

August 8, 2009 at 3:04 pm #64500Ryan KeaveneyKeymasterI have ’em all, and they bore me. Plain and simple.
