“A Little Piece of Heaven” – Avenged Sevenfold

So my friend tells me I have to hear this song, “A Little Piece of Heaven” from the new Avenged Sevenfold album. I take a listen… Hey, what is this? Do a little checking, lo and behold, the tune was arranged by Steve Bartek! Pretty twisted, orchestra, choir and screamo/hardcore. Not to everyone’s taste. Definitely check out the sample on iTunes.

i personally depise Avenged Sevenfold, but have heard in the past that the one guitarist is an Elfman fan.

I don’t really like Avenged Sevenfold, but on their City of Evil album they have a song called ‘The Wicked End’ and it has a little orchestral feature that’s cute and simple.

I like their song “The Beast and the Harlot” from there last album on Guitar Hero 2. It was very fun to play. I swear this song, in some parts, sound exactly like ‘Nasty Habits’. Very early Oingo Boingo; it’s not too bad. It’s good that Steve is getting some work, since Hellboy 2 won’t be out till next summer.
