Adult films based on Elfman movies

So I was talking with a friend of mine the other day about how Tim Burton has had many of his movies referenced in the titles of XXX flicks over the years. Although I haven’t seen any of them myself, I chuckle perversly knowing that somewhere — back behind the beaded curtains of video stores everywhere — there are films with titles like EDWARD PENISHANDS and BEAVERJUICE available to the renting public.

All this led me to wonder if the hardcore counterparts use music similar to what Elfman wrote for the original movies. One can only imagine the “Ice Dance” scene in EDWARD PENISHANDS and, well…

So point is, I spent a few minutes looking back through my Elfman catalogue and found that many the films he’s worked on can easily be converted to adult flicks with only a small amount of title tweaking. Here are some of the ones I came up with:

MARS EJACS!
ARMY OF WETNESS
EXTREME PLEASURES (or EXTREME MEASUREMENTS?)
ARTICLE 69
MEN IN BACK

And I also discovered that there are several titles that wouldn’t have to be changed at all:

DICK TRACY
BIG TOP PEE WEE
BLACK BEAUTY
NIGHTBREED
SHRUNKEN HEADS
A CIVIL ACTION
FORBIDDEN ZONE

So that’s all I was able to come up with. Anyone have any additional thoughts?

PLAYMATES OF THE APES is not XXX. But rather a crappily produced, shot on video, soft core waste of time. The people who made it have a variety of “spoofs”.
