ParticipantIt’s amazing… a few weeks ago I noticed that Chocolate Factory was listed on the all-time highest sales rank for music at #848. More recently it went up to #633. A couple of days ago (right before the release) it moved up to #254 and now it’s at #147
I was hoping it’d break the top #100… now, (with the movie not even having been released in the US), the sky’s the limit!! Go Danny!!
*Edit — Just to give you some prospective as to how phenominal this is, check out some of Danny’s other brilliant work on the all-time sales list.

ParticipantWhoa… now it’s #92? This is amazing! Brilliant work, Elfman! Brilliant.
Some other big scores from Elfman in comparison:
Batman — #2,651
Nightmare Before Christmas — #2,296
Edward Scissorhands — #2,749The Spidey movies are in the 3 and 4k’s.
As a comparison as well, Batman Begins is at #80 — the biggest soundtrack of the year. I’m sure Chocolate Factory can surpass this!

ParticipantSorry I can’t boost that number. My mom’s afraid of internet shopping and I have to go out and buy stuff. I have my copy though, but it wasn’t easy to find.
