Are we talking about the “Big Fish” that was written by Thomas Perry, or is this another book entirely. It’s just that that particular story does not strike me as anything closely similar to anything Burton has ever done, or would do… But I suppose he could. Anyway, I’m sure now that it must be a different book, so who wrote it?

The book Tim is adapting to film is called Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Porportions by Daniel Wallace. It doesn’t seem like a natural fit for Tim’s style, but I am interested in seeing how it comes out. Here is a link to the book on Amazon.
