GuestOh Father, please give our beloved composer the Gift of Recognition, so that he may be graced with the esteem of his fellow peers, and that he may, in turn, continue to inspire us with his talent for music, for many more years to come. Amen.

GuestHAHAHAH!!!
Return Of The King’s going to win. It’s so predictable. Besides, the acadamy has something against Danny. He’s not going to win, but at least he was nominated!By the way, I can’t believe they snubbed Burton again!!!

GuestTrue, true. The last minute of Finale always gives me shivers, the part in the movie when the fish jumps out of the water, just so emotional and beautiful. I actually just finished a review for Big Fish that’s going in my town’s newspaper, and I made a point of mentioning Danny in it, saying that I hope he gets the Oscar.

GuestEh…he just might get it – it’s the only award out there for that flick. Some things you can just see coming a mile away…You never know.

GuestThere’s this rumor going around that Danny once mentioned in an interview he “wouldn’t even win if there was a ‘Best Danny Elfman Score”-category’…”

GuestThat last one’s true, I read the interview. If only I could remember where, I’d provide a hyperlink.
