GuestSince Capcom is making “The Nightmare Before Christmas” game, I wonder if there will be more video games based on Tim Burton films. I would like to see “Mars Attacks”,”Batman” (Burton’s version of course) and “Beetlejuice” being made into games for PS2, X-Box, Gamecube and PC.
“Mars Attacks” can be either a real-time-stragdy game (like “Age of Empires”) or a shoot ’em up game and you can get to play as the martians or the humans. To make it like the movie, Jack Nicohlson and Pierce Bronsnan could provide the voices for their characters. Just to add the Burton-feel to it, Tim Burton himself could be the voice who teaches you how to play the game, ie. press the X button to fry the soilders into skelotons! Sort of like, Bruce Campbell guiding the players in the “Spider-Man” games.
“Batman” would only be based on the Burton films and not on the cartoon or “Batman Begins”. No dodgy camera angles and Michael Keaton as the voice of the dark knight himself. As for “Beetlejuice”, I can see it as a platform game with a dark twist, like the PSone game, “Medi-evil.” Obviously, Elfman would provide music from the films. What do you guys think?

GuestI’m not sure if “Big Fish” can be made into a video game, but if it does, the old witch should guide you through levels. “Planet of the apes” and survival-based “Sleepy Hollow” should also be made into games. If Tim Burton/video game fans are lucky enough, “Edward Scissorhands” could be made into a game somehow…..

Guest“Big Fish” can’t be a game.
“Edward Scissorhands” cannot be game.
“Planet of the Apes” can be, but it would be boring.“Batman” and “Sleepy Hollow” would make good games.

GuestBig Fish can’t be a game. Its impossible and if they do create one, I’ll set it on fire and throw it through the window of the person who greenlighted such a travesty.
