GuestArgh! I just went to look at cerulean pictures (where that cool dude does that cool arranging), and this came up:
This website http://www.cerulean-pictures.com is currently unavailable due to exceeded monthly traffic quota. Please visit again later.
Damn that company! Joseph’s site has gotten too big for the likes of these pansy space providers! GRR!

GuestI hate to say I told you so… no actually, on reflection I posted the warning to the Elfman Zone board… but this did seem a rather unlikely endeavour: many copyright restrictions for its authors, but probably no permission sought first from the composers. Worse, though, it looked good and almost professional, which is sure to bring trouble. My post to the EZ went something like “go there and save what you can to disk before/in case word gets to the wrong/right (depending on your view) people”.
Then again, I could be embarrassingly wrong and they just forgot to pay for their webspace this month… :o)

Guesthehe – when you go to the site, it says it’s down due to exceeded monthly traffic. But, that could be a lie from the webspace provider, to smooth it over

GuestFrom my experience in IT – web hosts have automated systems that temporarily suspend a web server when they exceed their alloted disk quota or bandwidth each month. If there was another issue, the server would have been shutdown manually and a different message would appear. Or, you would simply get a 404 error.

GuestAh, so there’s hope for the blatent criminals after all. ;o)

GuestI certainly hope so… it would be worth Mr. Rozell buying a domain name completely, so as to not have to follow someone else’s rules – the site’s obviously SO worth it!

GuestThe domain name’s one thing, but the server space is probably the problem. That’s where the cost lies, especially if you’re paying for it minus adverts. If anyone knows of decent free space that can be used for downloading files, do let me know. The moment I find something that seems decent, the small-type disallows anything other than html files and small pictures.

GuestHey Guys. iam the Arranger from Cerulean Pictures .
My name is Joe.
Im sure by now youve all heard some of my songs from the site. If not got to it now, its back up. To anszwer all of your worried questions, it was only down because it exceeded the monthly bandwidth. I simply have to purchase the greater space and bandwidth setting from doteasy hosting thats all. I didn’t know my site would bcome soo popular.
Also, My site is not illegal nor is any of my work. Becuase I dont charge any money or commision to enter my site or download my music, its considered fan art. And fan art can never be illegal.Come join the site now
