ParticipantHere’s an interesting Elfman parallel for, I don’t know, amusement — last year Danny scored just one film, Spider-Man 2, in 1989 he did the same with Batman and proceeded to score a very popular TV theme (The Simpsons) and then score a Tim Burton fantasy, Edward Scissorhands, and an animated film, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Presently, he’s doing the same, scoring the breakthrough hit, Desperate Housewives, and continuing with a Tim Burton Fantasy, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and an animated film, The Corpse Bride.
So this is scientific evidence that Danny’s new projects will be as good as Nightmare and Edward.
Ha! Just kidding…
Although, Danny has had so much time to work on these scores, the finished product is going to be Steller!

KeymasterI think also the fact that he is working in London might help.

ParticipantWow, that’s pretty interesting. That you put all those together is really good investigative work. I certainly have high expectations for the next 2 Burtons, considering he’s devoted so much time to them. I just hope he finishes in time to properly corrupt his incoming baby’s mind.

Well, thanks, but the whole thing came to me the other day while brushing my teeth.

That is how most genius thoughts are born.
