Edward Scissorhands might become a ballet. I went over to this website http://www.bmi.com/musicworld/features/200207/delfman.asp and it says that it might become a ballet, which would be pretty cool. He’s doing it for London choreographer Matthew Bourne. Just felt like throwing that out I guess…..
Well, if it comes into being, I just may’ve found something that would actually constitute a reason for me liking the ballet! (However, I’m rather pessimistic about anything becoming of such a saucy project, until it actually becomes reality and all–I mean, whenever you think something snazzy’s gonna happen, it doesn’t)….
Ah, sweet pessimism…the greatest line of defense against harsh reality.
Hey, whatever works….I’ve just seen far too many crappy projects get started and such, while the snazzy ones are far and few between, you dig?
I’d still go see it.
