It began yesterday, Tuesday, November 14 at The Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco and plays 12 dates across the US and Canada.

ParticipantI’m not sure that ballet is interesting. Tim Burton didn’t seem to approve the result.
When I met him in France at a Q&A 4months ago, I asked him if he had seen it… He answered “Yes”… And when I said “Did you like it ?” He said : “Well, you know…” and then stopped, felt embarrassed, laughed a little, and finally said “No comment…”
And about the score, I’ve heard it’s all synth…
Has anyone actually seen this, when it was in London?

ParticipantJust check it again at screen archives and now they have a few samples that sound Orchestral. I guess when they perform it other places it might rely on synths, but this is the Orchestral London Stage Premier Recording.
Then again, what do I know.
