On November 8th, Fox is releasing an anniversary edition of Edward Scissorhands that includes a new director’s commentary, a Danny Elfman commentary, and a ton of featurettes and interviews with cast and crew members. They don’t specify if any of the features are recycled from the last released version, so who knows if the Elfman commentary will be the same… It’s coming in two editions; the more expensive one will be a collectible tin including some on-set photos, et cetera.
According to DvdAnswers (a reliable source), it’s just the old edition with a new packaging :

Columbia is doing the same for Big Fish. Nothing to celebrate if you have the previous editions of those films…
