Elfman / Boingo “sightings” (or, should I say, “hearings”)

Maybe you’d like to know that Duran Duran are doing a little cover of The Simpsons theme in their current tour (too bad they didn’t play it when they came to Portugal last week) and that Oingo Boingo’s classic “Capitalism” is featured in the soundtrack to the documentary “ENRON: The Smartest Guys in the Room”.

On an a cappella radio show that I used to listen to in St. Louis, I once heard an a cappella cover of the Simpsons theme (I think by the Swingle Singers). It was great… a very clever arrangement.
