    I doubt it, it looks like his slate’s full, but Brett Ratner’s directing it. What do you think?

    I think it has already been announced that Schifrin is working on this film, though I’m pretty sure his score will be rejected (you know, Hollywood and daring choices…).

    Yeah, Schifrin is scoring it. Personally I wanted John Ottman to come back for it. X2 was not only his best score in my opinion, but one of the better action scores in recent times. Plus he’s a cool guy…you can contact him at his website and he takes time to respond!

    While John Ottman may be a cool guy I must say a lot of the music he writes could be written by just about anyone with access to a real orchestra and expensive equiptment. :)

    Too true…. at least for the majority of his stuff. His X-2 score however was pretty damn good.

    Yeah parts of X2 are pretty good.
