GuestHey, guys, the mp3 is online! Check it out! http://members.westnet.com.au/beresfor/fable%20complete.mp3
It’s horrible quality, but it gives you an idea.

GuestAwesome! Thanks, Dantz!

GuestSounds like he’s not done parting with Spider-Man. It seems like a mix between the Spidey score and a bit of Silvestri’s “The Mummy Returns.” It’s really cool, though. Is it the loop that will play during the enire gameplay, or is it an introduction theme? I don’t think I’ll buy the game anyway, but just curious.

GuestI think it’s the intro, but I’ve heard that it is played many times in the game … Also, I’m not sure if this is the whole theme, or not. It seems pretty short.

GuestBy the way, has anyone heard anyting about Danny scoring the theme for the new ABC series “Desperate Hosuewives”? I made a thread about it, but nobody responded, making me feel lonely.

GuestNever heard about it. Should be interesting.
Also, did anyone know Elfman provided some score for “Painting Condo”? I had no clue!

GuestNo he didn’t. That was one of the first questions I asked on this board like a million years ago, and apparantly it’s not true.

GuestWell, his name is plastered all over the credits at the end. Is it a different Danny Elfman?

GuestDesperate Housewives’ pilot is “available”…hem…on the internet. When I’ll be able to see the credits, I’ll tell if that rumour is true…

GuestHmmm, now I’m not sure. I’ve never actually seen it, I just read about it somewhere. When I asked here I was told he didn’t do it, but now I’m not sure.

GuestWOW !!!
Man, all the boring guys that spent their time arguing about elfman not composing any old elfmanish style anymore shoud listen to this Fable theme.
I mean, it’s one of elfman’s best theme since a long time!!!!
It reminds me of Darkman, and Evil dead 3’s March of the Dead a lot. It’s a combination of his earlier works, with his new ideas. God I hope they’ll release a cd!!!Eric

GuestGood work (a bit too cliche for me though). It prooves that Danny can still write very memorable themes but that he just decided to move on and write more elaborated scores. Sure it sounds cool but it doesn’t have 10 % of the complexity of Spider-Man or Hulk…

GuestI just realized…they’re only releasing this game on Xbox, and an Xbox I do not have. If only Microsoft could stop being all like “we own everything” and share their games with Sony and Nintendo and stuff. But no, they want us to buy the Xboxes. Sorry Bill Gates, but I’m not caving in. I’ll just mooch off one of my friends! (And I say this typing on a Windows computer and wearing an MSN watch)
September 10, 2004 at 1:50 am #52296Anonymous
GuestHmm…..so then X-Box would officially be the only system that doesn’t have games soley for it.
September 10, 2004 at 1:58 am #52298Anonymous
GuestYeah, damn Nintendo for not sharing Mario with Microsoft!
