I am a big fan of fun halloween music such as The Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, and…well pretty much anything by Danny Elfman. I am also a fan of John Debney who’s sound is very much like Danny’s. Can anybody recommend any other scores that have the fun halloween sound I am talking about? I have Debney’s Hocus Pocus, and The Halloween Tree (love it).
You might also try Marc Shaiman’s THE ADDAMS FAMILY scores (although the first album is out-of-print).

Man, you should definitely listen to John Debney’s score to PHANTOM MANOR – The disneyland Paris Ride. It’s better than Hocus Pocus.
