    Off topic a bit…

    I recently was discussing music by Hans Zimmer with a friend:

    K2: Music Inspired by the film

    It’s pretty cool. The first track is longer ‘takes longer to climb’ vs the 2nd track which is shorter. ‘the journey back seems shorter, or it’s all down hill from here.”

    I believe this goes along with what others have been saying about their favorite scores–that the good ones can stand alone, yet are still inseparatable from the movie for which they were written for.
