Last summer I saw a commercial at an IMAX theater for Honda. It had children’s drawings of cars coming to life in a desert and the music was quite elfmanesque. anyone have the music or ad?
Aahhh… but that doesn’t beat the honda “Cog” commercial – it’s possibly one of the best ads EVER! The amount of work that went into that is SO damn immense! It took about 7 years to get right!! It’s totally incredible! Who else has seen it (It may have been released in Britain only, I’m not sure).

The JI’ve seen the ‘cog’ commercials too, J. At least, I assume you’re talking about the ad with the car pieces set up in a weird mechanism a la Pee Wee breakfast machine, right ?
Granted, it’s fun the first time. But then, it’s probably the slowest and longest ad I’ve ever seen. Great for pee breaks in a sense.– Squeezir.

I don’t think I’ve seen that Honda commerical, but I’ve seen two awesome commercials for the new GTO that’s out now… the commercial said something about the car having rear-wheel drive, but I was too interested in the music to really hear. But GOD, THE MUSIC!!!!!!!! That music has to be the best music I’ve ever heard for any commercial that I’ve seen in my life! It sounded very Elfmanesque as well…*grins*
Has anyone seen these commercials, and does anyone know who wrote the music?
