    Message to others: these are 96kbps mp3 files of some Elfman commercial recording cues. Totally off-topic comment, but I rather like 96kbps as a portable mp3 format. I have a small cheapo 64MB MP3 player, and it’s difficult fitting much on it, but thankfully 96kbps reduces the file sizes quite a bit from 128kbps, yet somehow (maybe it’s my poor headphones) the quality is still very acceptable. I recommend it to anyone who has the same trouble. I can generally fit one long and one short Elfman score from my collection, which is interesting enough to keep me going on both hours of my commute.

    By the way, what is it about geocities.com? Does it give free space or is it cheap or is it just popular with people in America? I forget the number of people who use it as personal storage in the way that Hilinger does.

    Message to Blunt:I am preparing Elfman vs. Zimmer Site that`s why I needed “some Elfman commercial recording cues”…I am aware that most of the people have them but think about the ones who haven`t yet heard about Elfman`s music…

    Thanks, Hilinger, you’ll notice I attempted to be informative rather than critical: for those who have a number of albums (and that’s most of the regulars I’m guessing), navigating to your webspace and downloading a file would have taken time, so I felt I could save those people the trouble. Elfman vs Zimmer? Are you kidding? Elfman could kick his **** anytime. He’s just too much of a gentleman.

    Yeah, Zimmer is, uh… reasonable. But sometimes, he can just be plain crud. I loved the Gladiator score, except for the total rip of Holst!! I thought his Black Hawk score was horrible. I don’t love him, but i don’t hate him. I just hate some of his music ;)… and kinda like the rest of it.
