Is This Elfman?

Probably a long shot, but my friend sent me this link and the music sounds eerily similar to Elfman’s style:

I haven’t seen anything that says he did this, so if he didn’t then it’s a pretty decent-sounding knock-off. Any info?

I doubt it, sounds like your common or garden Edward Scissorhands rip-off. An actual Elfman trailer score would probably be more in-your-face than this. You don’t hire him and cover his music in sound effects…oh wait.
