First off, was the first Spider-man score CD released because of popular demand? If it was, how about we mass e-mail Sony and request the Spidey 2 score? You know, just to ensure that the score CD WILL be released, maybe even sooner than the last one.
With as much money as Spider-man 2 will make there is no doubt that the score will be licensed to a record company (I bet there is more than one company trying to get it right now if one company hasn’t already).

Hellboy was a Sony film but the CD was released by Varese Sarabande. If they don’t release it then they can allow another company to.

Also, remember that Danny himself produced the score album from Spidey 1 – He’s got megabucks, so I’m sure that if Sony or whoever else don’t wanna do it, he’ll push the money until it gets done!
