Hey,
I am a electronic music producer and I made a remix of the song This is Halloween by Danny Elfman but I need a licence to upload it on youtube.
I do not want to sell the song or earn any money with it so I have no commercial intentions!I need help getting a proper licence so the video won’t be taken down but I have no idea how since I cannot email Mr. Elfman himself and have no idea how to write Disney.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me your insight on this matter!
Thanky you.

In my experience, there shouldn’t really be any problem with uploading a remix to YouTube. People upload complete songs or albums all the time and they are not removed. I think there are more suitable platforms for original music, such as SoundCloud, but in any case, I don’t really see what the problem is.
