Just like that other silly thread I started, I felt the urge to create an even sillier one. I’ve been searching for Elfman interviews all over the web and have found a lot of gems, like this one which has had me rolling on the floor for a few minutes:
Question: what is your favorite food??
Elfman: My girlfriend’s p#$@y
Danny, I don’t understand this one. Does Danny complain of fur-balls?

That was from an AOL chat with Danny. There was some malfunction and people who were supposed to be going into a chatroom with Mick Jagger kept ending up in the Elfman room and kept asking him questions that were completely irrelevant to anything Elfman or Boingo. On top of that, the moderator was letting the “What’s your favortite…” type questions through.
All I’ve ever seen on the web is what is billed as the “cleaned up” version. If anyone has the full thing, I want to see it!! Word on the street (and we all know how reliable that is) is that he got even mouthier with a few people because he was getting seriously irritated with the incompetence of AOL at that moment.
I think it would be fun to see just how mouthy he got, if he actually did.
The AOL interview he did is great. He doesn’t like BS questions, I mean he seems to like the questions from fans (like the ones asking him what current music he digs, which was Smashing Pumpkins and Primus) Thats the kinda stuff thats fun to talk about, and the one from the disabled fan asking if he could hang out with the band. As far as stupid questions go, Iove how he gives the most random off the wall or smartass answers. Or how he’ll play along with the obviously ridiculous questions, like the one about Mick Jagger and all lol.
