GuestDoes anyone know why the cue for the bakery scene with Peter and M.J. isn’t on the soundtrack. I really liked the music for that scene and the abrupt ending it had when doc ock threw the car through the window. And responses are welcome.

GuestHere’s my theory: Sony Pictures and Sony Music both hate all of us. They cut Danny’s well-written/recorded music from the final cut of the movie, which could have been used despite “last-minute edits.” All you need to do is a bit of trimming and it fits well, a la the first Spider-Man. Then, a lot of the music from Danny and the other composers that we really liked were left off the CD, when there is still tons of memory left on the CDs for additional tracks. Therefore, I think that we are hated by Sony, and I’ll end it with what Sony might say to us: “DEAL WITH IT.”

GuestWell, if anyone has no life when the DVD comes out, they could always put on those missing Elfman cues…
Knight (Although I sure as hell won’t)

GuestI heared that Raimi said before the movie came out he would want to do/has done a director’s cut of the movie and that the studio wanted to recut the movie so it’s much shorter (something like that).
So maybe we’ll get a director’s cut version, in which some elfman cues are imbetted?
At least there’s a possibilily.
