Movies Danny scored but didn’t like?

He mentioned a few times that he thought ‘Proof of Life’ was a misfire but I was wondering if there are any others?

He didn’t say anything about the movie itself, but I remember him being unhappy with his scoring experience, and the use of his score, in “Anywhere but Here”…

I don’t think he has fond memories of Spider-Man 2 or Dick Tracy…
Anyway, I don’t recall him criticizing films themselves but the scoring process. After all, it’s not his job and he generally gets involved at a point of the production where he can get a pretty good idea of what he’s getting into.

Yeah, I’ve never really heard him be critical of the films themselves, only the scoring process, although one would assume he has the ability to laugh at some of his assignments over the years, like HOT TO TROT!

Wasn’t he also critical about Scrooged? If I recall correctly, didn’t the studio meddle with the movie at the last minute and changed the whole tone. That’s why the score is darker than the movie.
