News on Batman 5:
Michelle Pfeiffer, Catwoman in Batman Returns, is in talks to reprise her role as Selina Kyle. Director Christopher Nolan wants to link the film to the first two films, but since Pfeiffer hated wearing the Catwoman costume so much, he’s said to be considering her as Selina only. (Dark Horizons)

This doesn’t really make sense.
Warners has a CATWOMAN movie in production right now — with Halle Berry starring as Catwoman (also known as Selina Kyle? Not sure). Does it make sense that they would then go and make a BATMAN movie with someone else as Catwoman? They’re kind of illegitimizing the CATWOMAN franchise in the process.
BTW – the link you provided makes no reference to Michell Pfieffer.

The Catwoman played by Halle Barry is not named Selina Kyle. I don’t remember what the name is, but it’s an entirely different character.

I’ve read (not on the net, I’m afraid) That the catwoman movie with Halle Berry has been through a ridiculous amount of script drafts – It looks like it’ll be worth the work, and will give people a nice surprise, or the film will be as rickety as its pre-production, and dissapoint us… just as i believe it will!

The JHey man come on, Halle Berry is gunna suck at playing catwoman. And anyways her name isnt even gunna be Selina Kyle, her name is gunna be Patience Price (pretty gay huh?). But yeah wouldn’t it be better to see Michelle come back and take back what was rightfully hers? She was the best Catwoman and she will stay the best catwoman if anyone disagrees with me then that person is mentally sick. Hopefully she can return and play Selina once again. It would be KICK ASS!
I think that the new catwoman movie might suck, especially since her name isn’t Selina Kyle (Patience Price?, LOL). Yeah, Michelle Pfeiffer does play the best Catwoman, she amde Batman Returns, I really don’t think any other woman could ahve done that role, personally. The suit that she wears is that movie is incredibly sexy, way sexier than Halle Berry’s new outfit. They did however keep the whip, & it looks as though she is a good guy from the previews that is saw, which is gay! Michelle plays taht best catwoman, & that’s final. She may not have liked the suit, but it looked like it was worth it, from how much she made off of it.
