Guest…and it’s going to be Danny’s one.
Here’s what I read about it at superherohype.com:“There is only one soundtrack coming out and the release is June 17th. It’s the score by Danny Elfman. There is also the single promoting the movie called “Set Me Free” which is only going to be in the film and used for marketing purposes at this point. It will not be on the soundtrack. The soundtrack is on Decca Records which is a Universal company.”
After MIIB, another “solo” release for Mr Elfman and his works really deserve this kind of treatment.

GuestI’ve read the previous post concerning the release date.
I just wanted to point out that there will be no “songs inspired by the movie” album a-la Spider-Man and that the attention of everyone will be focused on the score.
However your grossly sarcastic reply speaks for itself.May 19, 2003 at 6:40 am #45118Anonymous
GuestHere is what I say:
WOOHOO!!!
That better?
Knight (Who is sick of music placement but is sure that there is going to be some in the Hulk anyway)

GuestThat wasn’t sarcasm. This is sarcasm: “Are you serious? That’s news to me!”

GuestWe should be very thankful for this news considering the treatment composers have been getting so far this year, i.e. Jerry Goldsmith, Mychel Danna, Craig Armstrong, Alan Silvestri, and Angelo Badalamenti. Anyone could be next.
