GuestHi there…I am looking for an MP3 of Elfman’s theme to the short lived HBO show Perversions of Science….can anyone out there tell me where I can find one? Thank you.

GuestYou can find a Real Audio recording of it on elfman.zonehere.com. There are also some other rare Elfman bits like the themes to My Favorite Martian, Tim Burton’s Stain Boy, and the theme to an 80s TV show based on the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High that sounds like it is by Oingo Boingo.

GuestI think Perversions of Science is an awsome theme, possibly my favorite out of Elfman’s TV stuff (at least from what I think I hear, although the entire song is there, the sound quality is really bad, nearly all of the soundclips in the Rarities section sound as if they were recorded off TV.) My other favorites that you can also hear on this site are the themes to Sledgehammer! and the brilliant but short-lived Dilbert (I heard the show is still on in Canada) which is actually a reworking of the theme from The Forbidden Zone (you will also find what sounds like a demo for the theme from The Forbidden Zone.)
Does anyone know the name of the female vocalist in the Perversions of Science theme (Elfman has used her several times before on Mars Attacks!, To Die For, Sledgehammer, and others.)

GuestHer name is Elin Carlson if I’m not mistaken, and I believe that she also did some vocal work on the Flubber score too.
