GuestI was watching the premeire of The new Twilight Zone series on UPN and they had a preview of the new Star Trek movie coming out – the theme they played throughout was the opening titles from Planet of the Apes.

GuestI noticed it too, but I forgot to mention it. Thanks pwrof3 for posting this interesting little tidbit – I just wonder if they used POTA for the temp score that Jerry Goldsmith has to listen to. If that is true then I find it funny that the man who composed the music for the original POTA is now having to configure his score with Danny’s score in mind (and I’ve recently read an article about Goldsmith that states that he dosn’t mind temp scores, because they are a good starting place). Things that make you go hmmmm….?

lexi: i should go now, shouldn’t i?
p.s: he also said this during the commentary for POTA Reimagined.. hmm??
