Well well well… Something very strange happenned today… I just bought the Red Dragon DVD, the us version dvd!!!! Wasn’t it supposed to be released April 1st?
Anyway, i think it is to find an american dvd here in SWITZERLAND a week before its official release…. And it is an official version, not a copy…Anyway, I was first affraid to see that nothing was written on the dvd about an isolated score or a commentary… But then, I put the dvd in my player and SURPRISE : ISOLATED SCORE WITH COMMENTARY !!!
There’s not a lot of commentary, but there’s a lot of ureleased score, and Unlike Planet of the Apes or Edwards Scissorhands, Elfman does not talk during the music and there are NO sound effects.It is fantastic !!!!

I forgot to tell you one sad thing : the isolated score is in 2.0 , and not in 5.1 !!!a lousy 2.0!!!!!!! oh well
does anyone know where i can find a review of the song “enter the dragon”?
