Cool. I just hope Elfman scores it. If he doesn’t, I’m going to puke.

Clausen deserves to score it after so many years of wonderful music for the show. After all, he’s the person who gave the Simpsons their musical signature. Of course, Elfman composed the main theme but we all know how a theme is nothing if it’s not employed properly…

I agree that Clausen should score the sucker. He is really a good composer and deserves to have the shot. However, in line with the TV series, I think Elfman should hit the Main Titles. There have been quite a few film where Elfman did the theme and someone else did the score so I think this would be the best route and make everyone happy.

Cool! They are doing table-reads, that’s fantastic!
I really hope Clausen will score it, he’s done such a magnificent job with the series and has also established his own themes and motifs (like chase motifs, fistfights, etc.), there would be a huge thing missing if he wouldn’t do the score.
Hopefully they’ll also incorporate some good Simpson-esque songs.

I too think Clausen should score it, but like Knight, i think Danny should write the main titles, along with maybe one or two other cues.
