I know that Elfman composed the theme for this online project, but how many actual episodes did he score, and which ones were they?

On a related note, how many episodes were there in total (and is the series still ongoing)?

    …umm, all of them!
Come on, man! Someone would have the credit “add’tnl music by” if there was help.

I forget the number of episodes made though.

As far as I know, there are nine StainBoy cartoons. I have seen them all and enjoy them immensly.

On some other website (I forget which one) I once heard a recording of Elfman’s contributions. He made the the opening theme, the end credits, and some other stuff that I think is adapted for each of the cartoons by some other guy.

I’ve only seen 6 stainboy episodes. Stainboy vs Toxicboy (episode 1) and Stainboy vs Staregirl (episode 2), credits danny elfman doing the music. The rest of the episodes: 0 – The birth of Stainboy, 3 – Stainboy vs Robot Boy, 4 -Stainboy vs Bowling Ballhead, 5 – Stainboy vs Matchgirl credits danny with the theme and Jason Wells with the music.

Would like to know if there were anymore episodes. Anyone else know of anymore titles.

If you go to http://www.shockwave.com/sw/home/ and type in “stain boy” under the little search deal, it should take you right to ’em. I recommend “staregirl” but they’re all rather saucy….

“StainBoy vs. StareGirl” is my favorite.

Elfman wrote all the music! It’s synthesized so it’s cheap and doesn’t cost him anything! Please guys! Someone else adapting Elfman’s stuff in a Tim Burton creation! That’s blasphemy!

No, but really, Elfman did it all. The music isn’t that complicated so it must have taken under a day to do in all.

Actually, Flynn, 9FingeredElf is correct. After some research, I see that Jason Wells is indeed credited with the music to several of the episodes, although he probably used Elfman’s theme occasionally.

Elfman’s music is pretty much consistant throughout all of the cartoons. I think Wells just did some minor adjustments in the timing so that it would fit the different actions.
