hi all. i’m curious why mr. elfman wouldn’t release a full version of these songs on the soundtrack. i’d love to listen to these songs in their entirety. is there hope that there will ever be a full version of them, or is that just total wishfull thinking.

I’m transcribing victors solo and when i’m done if anyone plays piano and wants it i’ll make it available somehow.

September 30, 2005 at 4:35 pm #55314Dawg ManParticipantWhat you hear on the CD and in the movie are pretty much the full versions. It’s as far as Elfman got in writing the piano music at least, what with his schedule and all.
With that said, I love Elfman’s work, but he isn’t John Williams, who pulls alot of his score from a massive concert theme or piano piece that’s never fully heard in the movie it’s self.
