Are you asking about the music for the trailer from the first X-MEN film? The one released in 2000? If you are, the mystery music is from TREVOR JONES’ score to DARK CITY. About 37 some minutes of it are available on the official soundtrack CD?

Who composed the 20th Century Fox logo music? I know the more recent Universal logo is by Jerry Goldsmith. And I heard somewhere that Elfman scored the one for Hollywood Pictures.

20th Century Fox Logo was Afred Newman, a long, long time ago.

Unless it changed really recently? Anyone?

Has anyone else noticed that the Regency logo now uses Danny Elfman music? From Sommersby, I believe. It’s only about a ten-second snippet.

    Maybe this is old news.

    I like the word “snippet.”
