    Just thought I would post that “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” opened #1 at the Box Office with an estimated 55.4 Million! That marks the Second Biggest Opening Weekend for a Tim Burton film next to “Planet of the Apes” with 68.5 Million. For Danny Elfman, that is his FIFTH Biggest Opening Weekend for a Film that he scored after Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Planet of the Apes and Hulk.

    Planet of the Apes did that well on its opening weekend? Wow, didn’t know. Anyway, good for everyone who worked on Charlie, it really deserved to have done well. I’m about to head out for a second dose of Chocolate!

    Charlie is still #1 this weekend, a very good surprise ! It might reach $200 millions…
