ParticipantEdward, Family Man, Nightmare, Both Batmans, and Big Fish (in that order).
This is a rather common topic around here, of course it is reposted every time Danny does a new score. I wonder If It would be possible to make this an easily accessible thread, available for constant revision/review by forum members. (Perhaps a”Your Favorites” link?)

ParticipantI’ve always considered the Batman Returns score to be far superior to the first Batman score. There’s something more emotional about the themes, and they’re more developed.
I can’t say I have favorites. It always depends on my mood. I do have a thing for Planet of the Apes and Dolores Claiborne, though.

There playful choir gave me chills. “Selina Transforms” has been and always will be one of my favoite cues. I also find the whole score more enjoyable, while I tend to blast out “Decent Into Mystery” with max volume on repeat one when I listen to Batman. If you haven’t done that, do so. It rocks. Anyway. I loved Batman, but Danny really knew what he was doing the second time around.

ParticipantOne change. Yesterday i watched Charlie and the Chocolate factory and my opinion about Danny’s score goes…very very…DOWN. The film was terrific, the music (except Main Tiltle very average and most important…SONGS…these “umpalumpas” songs are total un-listenable for me
. Charlie goes from 5.5 to 4/6
