hi i am working on a montage for the acadamy and found a piece of music on kaza called evil theme was wondering if any one could tell me what it was from i would really appreciate it thank you
This has been asked before here… Evil Theme is a track from game Heroes of Might and Magic III, along with Good Theme and Neutral Theme and other excellent music. There’s a soundtrack album for this game, maybe these tracks are in it, try Amazon.

Heheh… I’ve spent hours and hours playing Heroes III, I love this game and… I love the sucky music!
Btw, is this Evil Theme still credited to Danny in Kazaa??
It’s not Limewire crediting Elfman with “Evil Theme”, it was some complete moron who originally created the mp3 and shared their files on a peer-to-peer network. It’s the same reason why there have been such bastard classics as “Crimson Tide Theme” by John Williams!

Wow! The people who work for the Acadamy don’t know how to use upper-case letters and want to use some lame-ass track from a video game to show off Master Elfman’s musical abilities! I applaud your efforts.
no wonder he keeps getting shit on when it comes to oscar season. one of the more recent installments of soundtrack.net’s podcasts by dan goldwasser (on feb 1st) is particularly funny since he’s talking about the oscar nominations. at the end he goes off on a tangent expressed bewilderment and outrage that none of danny’s songs were nominated this year. you should check it out if you haven’t already
