    just got the soundtrack for signs
    wonderful music by Howard
    it’s so haunting and relaxing in some parts
    the movie scares the crap out of me due to the fact my biggest fear is aliens coming to earth
    anyone know any influeneces he had scoring this film?

    I know the director wanted something Herrmann-ish for the main titles.

    I agree, fantastic score.

    not much to do with danny elfman though…
