ParticipantWow, very nice. That music is spooky yet calming. I think it would be great if you wrote music for M. Night Shyamalan’s next movie, Life of Pi. For those who haven’t read the novel, it’s about an Indian boy who is stranded in a lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with a tiger onboard. Move over, James Newton Howard!

InactiveMusic by Nin was listened to by Burt, and greatly admired.
That’s beautiful work, Nin; nice job. What is “Grau”? Is it a film?

Participant>What is “Grau”? Is it a film?
Yes.
>Those instruments sound like real live played instruments to me.
That’s what they are – with the exception of Track A where only the flute and the grand piano are real instruments.
The other stuff comes from
– Miroslav Vitous
– Peter Siedlaczek
– Symphony of Voices
– Giga Harpand some personal libraries recorded by myself.
I use Logic with the EXS24 for MIDI stuff and ProTools for the rest.Thank you very much for all your nice comments! I appreciate it!
