I know that it has long been rumored that Danny wrote the theme song to “Pee Wee’s Playhouse”…has that ever been confirmed or denied? Anyone? Anyone?

Do you own Music for a Darkened Theater II? It’s on there. He DID write the music. It was a little weird but he wrote it.

I do have that CD, but the music on there is incidental score. I’m curious about the opening theme song sung by “Chairy” where all the characters are introduced.

Don’t quote me, but I believe it was Mark Mothersbaugh – I know he did some music score for the show like Elfman. Also, Cindy Lauper sings the theme….

Mark Mothersbaugh wrote the opening and closing music, I believe.
